Our fourth renovation project and we were a bit daunted by the scale of the work but Dom and his team were brilliant. Reliable, organised and a good eye for detail. The team made consistent progress coupled with the ability to quickly overcome the usual challenges associated with building projects. We could not be more delighted with the work that Profile One have done for us. Everything from start to finish has been first class. From initial feasibility discussions, through pricing and the job itself, communication with Dom and the team has been rapid, clear and professional. Every aspect of the job has been so beautifully managed, with a no-stress attitude at all times. The team have a policy of not running more than 1 job at a time – this means that they are on-site every day until the job is finished. The talent within the team is undeniable, everything from big structural work to the finest details of the decorating and positioning of each individual tile has been thought out and executed to the highest possible standard. Everyone in the team brings a different set of skills, each complimenting each other so the need for additional trades is minimised – this means that as the customer you are not waiting on different availabilities, or managing the burden of the organisation, the team can do it all themselves! The eye for detail, troubleshooting, dedication and tenacity of every member of the team is impressive to see. We feel so lucky they were able to work on our forever family home and we can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you Profile One!!
We are delighted with the build project undertaken by Profile One. During a seven month period supplies, services and build challenges were owned and overcome. Progress and budget communications were timely. Site behaviour was at all times considerate to home owners and neighbouring properties. The team was punctual, tidy and enthusiastic. Each aspect of the build delivered to high quality standard with care and attention to detail.
From initial tender to completion and handover, communications were excellent, changes were taken on with gusto, great suggestions were forthcoming from Dominic and the team and all in all, it was a much more pleasurable 10 weeks than we had any reason to expect. Most impressive though, Profile One came in on budget (not counting the extras we requested of course) and significantly ahead of schedule.
They are also incredibly hardworking and we had to ask them NOT to come earlier than 8am every day and we’d often find Dominic still working after 6pm. This is certainly not the norm from my experience.

Although this particular project was relatively simple there was a lot of co-ordination between contractor, engineer and architect required all of which Profile One managed effortlessly. Their professional and personable nature meant that they could co-ordinate with others in a way which removed the need to have to project manage. The results were perfect and I was impressed that Dominic had cost saving ideas and suggestions whilst maintaining consistent attention to detail. I am happy and confident to recommend Dominic’s work to anyone.
