From initial feasibility discussions, through pricing and the job itself, communication with Dom and the team has been rapid, clear and professional. Every aspect of the job has been so beautifully managed, with a no-stress attitude at all times. The team have a policy of not running more than 1 job at a time – this means that they are on-site every day until the job is finished. The talent within the team is undeniable, everything from big structural work to the finest details of the decorating and positioning of each individual tile has been thought out and executed to the highest possible standard. Everyone in the team brings a different set of skills, each complimenting each other so the need for additional trades is minimised – this means that as the customer you are not waiting on different availabilities, or managing the burden of the organisation, the team can do it all themselves! The eye for detail, troubleshooting, dedication and tenacity of every member of the team is impressive to see. We feel so lucky they were able to work on our forever family home and we can’t recommend them highly enough, thank you Profile One!!
